Production process
1.1.Clay mold making, Engraver will make the clay artwork base on original artwork. We can print 3D mold if you can provide 3D files in STL format.
2.Production mold making, using clay mold to make production mold.
3.White body making, put the resin liquid into silicone mold, then solidified by vacuum, put out and polish the white body later.
4.Mending, some white body may has air holes.
5.Hand painting, we will paint the production follow the approved samples.
6.Oil painting, paint transparent protect varnish on the surface.
7.Packing, we will follow your packing requirement, you may need stick bar code, skin packing etc.
